I’m Mackenzie Adeline, a personal trainer, pole instructor, and professional dancer who went from training 2-4 hours, 6-7 days a week, burned out and constantly injured, to training 30 min-2 hours 4-5 days a week feeling stronger and more capable than ever.

This will depend on your current fitness level, experience, and goals but at minimum 3 sets of dumbbells (light-heavy) and a looped resistance band will get you started!

If you’re someone who needs guidance and accountability, DIY isn’t going to be your best option. The DIY program gives you unlimited access to the program materials and sessions but there is no individual guidance on exactly how to structure your routine or exact sessions you should take. There will be an opportunity to have your specific questions answered at our Kick-off calls but other than that, you’re on your own, kid!

A Sprint’r is an athletes who is generally newer to structured strength & flexibility training while a Mv’r is an athletes ready to fine tune and really dial in their training for more optimal results.
