This workshop includes:

  • Overview of basic shoulder biomechanics so you understand good technique and healthy movement patterns to prevent injury.

  • Shoulder Mobility & Stability Guide so you have all the info in one spot.

  • 20 minute shoulder mobility & stability session to apply what we learn and take immediate ACTION (dumbbells & resistance bands suggested but not required).

Meet your coach:
Mackenzie Adeline

I’m a personal trainer, pole instructor, and professional dancer who’s worked with hundreds of athletes (from beginner to advanced) on achieving their training goals.

I’m a bit of an anatomy and physiology nerd, combining my fitness expertise and dance background with up to date scientific studies to create no B.S. programs and guides full of tried and tested methods for increasing mobility & stability.

I am so ready to share my knowledge with you!

Don’t just take my word for it…

These are just some of the aerialists I’ve helped improve their backbends and handstands through targeted shoulder mobility and stability training:

Tatiana - greater ease when pushing up from the floor

Stormi - new goal of handstands after nailing Bird of Paradise

Ally - more comfortable walking down the wall, working toward backbend from standing

Jackie - improved shoulder placement for longer holds off the wall

Eirini - increased overhead shoulder range of motion

If you’re ready to achieve stronger backbends and handstands…
