I’m a personal trainer, pole instructor, and professional dancer who’s worked with hundreds of athletes (from beginner to advanced) on achieving their training goals through strength & flexibility training.

In addition to being in the dance and fitness space for over 15 years, I’ve personally dealt with and healed from chronic shoulder pain due to undiagnosed hypermobility that was exacerbated by overtraining on the pole — so I promise you’re in the right place for all things shoulder-y on the ground and in the air!
