I’m hosting a FREE workshop for athletes (at any level) who want to level up by learning how to train for both strength and flexibility. Why? Because EVERY athlete, from runners & cyclists to rock climbers & aerialists, needs these skills in order to:

✓ Increase baseline physical ability → making discipline specific skills easier to achieve

✓ Decrease risk of injury → caused by overuse and/or advancing too quickly

This workshop includes:

  • Terms and training protocols so you can easily apply effective training strategies.

  • Strength & Flexibility Training Guide so you can just follow the steps and not overthink it.

  • 20 minute full body strength & flexibility session to apply what we learn and take immediate ACTION (dumbbells & resistance bands suggested but not required).

  • Q&A to answer questions and provide feedback specific to you and your discipline – that’s FREE 1-on-1 training with me!

Meet your coach:
Mackenzie Adeline

I’m a personal trainer, pole instructor, and professional dancer who’s worked with hundreds of athletes (from beginner to advanced) on achieving their training goals through strength & flexibility training.

You should also know that I am a bit of an anatomy and physiology nerd, combining my fitness expertise and dance background with up to date scientific studies to create no B.S. programs and guides full of tried and tested methods for increasing strength & flexibility.
