Hi, I’m Mackenzie!
I’m a certified personal trainer, pole instructor, and professional dancer. I have been training clients 1-on-1 for over 5 years and have over 12 years of experience in group dance and fitness instruction.
I’m excited to share my passion for movement and fitness with you, help you find joy in moving, and build a better relationship with your body.
My specialties are: strength conditioning, hypertrophy training, mobility/flexibility, kinesthetic awareness (mind-body connection).
