While most of my programs are geared towards aerialists, I’m a certified personal trainer and love to work with a diverse range of people — from those who just want to “get in shape” to other athletes in need of cross-training for specific events.

With personal training — or 1-on-1 coaching —you’ll receive a completely customized program tailored to your specific needs.

I offer both live online as well as written sessions.
