  2. Quick Call: whether or not we fit, we’ll hop on a quick call to either get you started or so I can point you in a better direction.

  3. Onboarding: We’ll get clear on goals, schedule, and how you like to be coached as well as introduce you to the training format.

  4. Training Begins: You get your first program and start making moves—with ongoing support from me every step of the way!
