Carrying heavy bags, reaching overhead, bending over or twisting… these are all movements that we need to be able to perform in our everyday lives. Functional Upper Body builds the strength and stability you need to execute daily tasks with greater ease and increased confidence.
Wednesday

Dance HIIT
Interval training that will have you burning up that dance floor! Easy to follow steps alternating in intensity set to a fun, motivating playlist.
Thursday

Functional Lower Body
Picking something up off the floor, sitting down and standing up, walking or running… these are all movements that we need to be able to perform in our everyday lives. Functional Lower Body builds the strength and stability you need to execute daily tasks with greater ease and increased confidence.
Friday

Dance Party Cardio
You don’t have to be a dancer to enjoy this 50 minute sweat session! Steps are easy to follow and broken down before each song so that you know what’s coming next and how it’s done. The best part: since you’re at home and not at the club, you can actually dance like no one’s watching! Getting sweaty never felt this fun!
