Full Body Fusion

Mondays | 9am - 9:45am EST

An engaging, upbeat style of training that fuses total body strength, mobility, and cardio set to a curated playlist that will keep you motivated till the very last rep.

Upper Body Strength

Tuesdays | 9am - 9:45am EST

Building upper body strength is important for maintaining healthy joints, bone density, and getting all those groceries in on one trip.

Dance HIIT

Wednesdays | 8:15am - 8:45am EST

Interval training that will have you burning up that dance floor! Easy-to-follow steps alternating in intensity — set to a fun, motivating playlist.

 

Lower Body Strength

Thursdays | 9am - 9:45am EST

Feel like a badass with a good ass! Our lower bodies are our main source of transportation. This makes strengthening them all the more important!

Dance Party Cardio

Fridays | 8:15am - 9:05am EST

You don’t have to be a dancer to enjoy this 50-min sweat session! Steps are easy to follow and broken down before each song so that you know what’s coming next and how it’s done. The best part: since you’re at home and not at the club, you can actually dance like no one’s watching! Getting sweaty never felt this fun!

Consistent Schedule

Consistency is KEY when it comes to progress. This is why you’ll have the same class schedule and trainer with you every step of the way.

Accountability

You’re not on your own. You’ll have my direct support each day (plus weekly check ins) and the support of everyone in the program to keep you accountable and on track.

1-on-1 Support

Not only will you have direct text and email support but you’ll also have the opportunity each month for a 1-on-1 session to discuss goals/progress, nutrition, and assess exercise form.

  • Class recordings will be uploaded each day after class to the on-demand library so you can workout on your own schedule. Once you’ve completed the workout, you’ll comment under the video for accountability.

    email if you’d like to request a specific time; if I get enough requests I’ll add it to the schedule!

  • YES! Whether you’re new to working out or have a ton of experience, there are always beginner to advanced options.

  • You will need:
    • at least 2 sets of dumbbells, one lighter (2-5lbs) and one heavier (8-12lbs) or dumbbell alternatives (such as water bottles/jugs)
    • at least one resistance band

  • You can freeze your membership for up to one month.

Hi, I’m Mackenzie!

I’m a certified personal trainer, pole instructor, and dancer. I have been training clients for over 4 years and have over 10 years of experience in dance/movement instruction.

I’m excited to share my passion for movement and fitness with you, help you find joy in moving, and build a better relationship with your body.

My specialties are: strength conditioning, hypertrophy training, mobility/flexibility, kinesthetic awareness (mind-body connection).
